Refund Policy | 退款政策

Our service is customized portrait creation with professional retouching. Once the production process has started, it involves both human and technical resources, and therefore unconditional full refunds are not available. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, you are entitled to one complimentary “style change” or minor revision. If, after adjustments, the results still do not reasonably meet expectations, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund or revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: refund requests will not be accepted on the grounds that the works cannot be used for specific purposes such as identity verification, biometric recognition, legal documentation, or any other intended use. You are solely responsible for determining whether the works are suitable for their chosen use cases.

我们的服务为定制化肖像创作与专业精修。一旦进入制作流程，即涉及人工与技术成本，因此不支持无条件全额退款。若您对交付的作品不满意，可享受一次免费的「风格更换」或「轻度修改」。在调整后如仍未能合理满足您的期望，我们可视情况酌情提供部分退款。所有退款或修改申请须在交付后 7 天内提出。

请注意：若因作品无法用于特定用途（如身份验证、生物识别、法律文件或其他预期场景），恕不接受退款申请。您须自行确认作品是否适用于其所选择的使用场景。

Privacy Policy | 隐私政策

We respect and protect your privacy. The photos you provide to us are used solely for creating and delivering your personal portrait, and will not be used for unrelated purposes. We may use third-party services, such as API providers, to process your data. These services are limited to generating and delivering the final work, and we carefully select vendors who share our commitment to privacy. However, please note that we cannot fully control the behavior of third parties.

We do not retain your data longer than necessary. All photos, final portraits, and intermediate files will be automatically deleted within 30 business days. You may request early deletion at any time, and we will complete the process within 7 business days. Unless you explicitly grant permission (for example, for anonymous sample display), we will never use your photos or final works for promotion, advertising, or training purposes.

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. The service is for personal use only. Unless specifically authorized in writing by us, the works may not be used for advertising, commercial purposes, or any other unauthorized context.

  2. The works must not be used for identity verification, biometric recognition, legal documents, or any other scenario requiring official or legal authentication.

  3. You must have the legal rights to the photos you provide to us, and they must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services when necessary, for example in cases of unlawful use or rights infringement.

  5. The service is provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure quality, we are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the works.

  1. 本服务仅供个人使用。除非经我们书面许可，您不得将作品用于广告、商业用途或任何未经授权的场景。
